Newcastle University has installed a state of the art on-farm AD plant on its Cockle Park Farm near to Morpeth. The 75kW plant uses cattle and pig slurry from on-farm to produce biogas.
Farmers are invited to visit the facility by signing up to a free full day workshop from 9.30am – 3.30pm on February 2 and March 8.
